AthleteXP Terms
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms describe the current beta and launch-candidate use of AthleteXP. They are product terms, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Accounts and family responsibility
Parents and Guardians are responsible for family account access, Player logins they create, and information entered for minors. Coaches are responsible for using team features only for teams and Players they are authorized to manage.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, scrape private Player data, or use AthleteXP to harass, exploit, or endanger another person.
Training information
AthleteXP is a development journal and training-tracking tool. It does not replace qualified coaching, medical advice, emergency care, or appropriate adult supervision. Users remain responsible for choosing safe activities suitable for the Player.
Progress and rewards
OVR, skill ratings, XP, badges, goals, and rewards are product features for tracking development. They are not guarantees of athletic performance, team selection, scholarships, or future outcomes.
Paid features
Paid access is subject to the prices and term shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments and manages supported billing actions. Ending a team season and canceling a Stripe subscription are separate operations unless the product explicitly states otherwise.
Availability
AthleteXP may change, suspend, or discontinue beta or launch-candidate features. We work to preserve user history and operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Account action
Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. Where practical, users should be given a way to export appropriate data before permanent account action.
Changes
These terms may be updated before public launch. Material changes should be posted here with a new updated date.
